First Date #6 was with an American woman working in Waterford. She and I were both members of a group on Facebook – Americans living in Ireland. She had mentioned that she was moving to Belgium soon, so I suggested we meet up in before she left.  We agreed to get together at Blackfriars Coffee in Waterford.  We talked about why we had left the United States, our love for Mexican food (she has Mexican ancestry), and shared interest in Board Games!  Things were looking promising.
